I was initially very nervous about buying a 23-year-old Toyota Camry sight unseen on eBay, but Century Motors really came through for me! Frank and Gina were incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. They offered to handle the shipping at my expense, and everything went smoothly. My Camry was loaded onto the truck on August 5th, and I received delivery just three days later on August 8th. Now I’m eagerly awaiting the bill of sale and title via FedEx. The car is in great shape, especially considering it hasn’t seen harsh New England winters. I have several friends on the lookout for clean, well-kept cars, and I’ll definitely be recommending Century Motors to them. My interaction with Frank and Ginna was incredibly positive. The Tacoma surpassed my expectations. Despite a minor shipping delay, which I recognize was beyond their control, Frank went the extra mile to help resolve a door issue. I am truly thrilled to have discovered them. We purchased a vehicle that was so rusted out, it's been in the shop constantly - First the muffler, now the entire brake lines. It has cost a lot more than the initial low price. Needed new tires, new brakes and muffler fixed. There is a reason why these cars are cheap. I don't recommend unless you can do your due diligence. Go look and inspect before purchasing.

The owners seemed very nice and helpful initially. I asked them for more pictures of a 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited for the under carriage since there were very few listed. When I used the free CARFAX report I noticed that there were 2 open recalls listed for the vehicle, even though Frank assured me there weren’t any. One of them was for an issue they had when the gas tanks would rupture. Reluctantly Frank agreed to have the recalls addressed prior to me taking delivery of the vehicle. I was told that the parts were on national back order and I would have to handle it. I spoke with a dealer in Wisconsin, where I live and he could have the parts right away. I noticed that there appeared to be a new cross member installed which also supports the transmission along with a lot of overspray marks underneath the vehicle. I called Frank to let him know that I was going to pass in light of the possibility that it may have received structural damage. Frank INSTANTLY became belligerent with me because I “wasted his time” and hung up on me, but not before heaving expletives at me. If you decide to buy a vehicle from Frank make sure you do your homework and whatever you do, don’t ask Frank to do his due diligence.

All I have to say is do not buy “sight unseen” here. Rust is the main issue, but now I’m dealing with an array of problems, it’s in the shop right now. The owner said “absolutely no problems.” It is so rusted, I see a problem here. I have been dealing with issues with my car ever since it was shipped to me. Wish I could get my money back, it was $11k. Now I have a car I wouldn’t be able to sell because of all the issues.

I purchased a 2007 Cadillac DTS from Frank and Gina fuzzy.The experience was professional, no pressure, with a family atmosphere which made me feel as if we were friends.The vehicle was immaculate, Clean, Low miles, good price and with the new car smell. The process was quick and received the decal for my transfer tag before the temporary tag of 31 days expired. I will surely recommend this dealership to my friends and family, and will definitely purchase many more cars from them in the future.

Bought an 07 escalade from century motors. The owners are very nice to work with and the place is a literal museum full of old automotive history and memorabilia. I had a mechanic check out the car before buying it and frank had any issues fixed within a day. Just put 500 miles on the car doing a road trip and could not be more happy with it. The trip was flawless and the car drives like new. Thank you for the great car buying experience.

After visiting several car dealerships that left me feeling frustrated and exhausted, I ended up at Century Motors. From the moment my family and I arrived we were at ease. Gina was very friendly and I didn't feel any pressure from her to buy. She was straightforward and honest and I felt the price for the vehicle I purchased was fair. She's been very attentive to any questions I've had after the sale as well. "Treat others the way you want to be treated" seems to be their business model. I wish every car dealership would take a page out of Century's book. Oh, and I LOVE my "new" used car!!!
